Designed and manufactured specifically for the transport industry to reduce the risk of injuries caused due to open pits in workshops.

 

A solution to exposed pits - the “static easycover” with either plate alloy, expanded mesh or fibreglass grating style removable sections:

The “static easycover” removable cover is our simplest and cheapest option to protect your employees and customers by avoiding dangerous pitfalls which can result in serious injury.

Our workshop “static easycovers” are designed with the user in mind and are user-friendly. The static panel design allows fast, easy access to vehicles that are ocupying the workshop pit. The panel sections simply lift out (from either above or within the pit) which gives you access to the vehicle above.

An outer steel frame construction with recessed glides allowing each panel to support up to 150kg (depending on panel material).

Each “static easycover” Pit Cover is custom manufactured to your open pit specifications. This Ensures proper fit & optimum performance for each pit safety cover system installed.
